Abstrak

PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Kotamobagu Branch is a company engaged in the sale of HONDA motorcycles. PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Kotamobagu Branch accepts new employees with a position as marketing to fill an empty quota every 2 months. During this time, in the process of selecting prospective employees, PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Kotamobagu Branch still involves a subjective element and in the process is still with data that is not appropriate so that the selected employees do not last long and resign from the company. The selection of new employees is only done by a marketing person (PIC). . For this reason, a Decision Support System was made that can help the company and also the PIC in selecting prospective employees in accordance with company criteria so as to accelerate the employee selection process. The criteria used at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti there are 5 criteria namely Education, Age, Work Experience, Personality Test Results, Knowledge Test Results. This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) calculation method. This system can make a more objective assessment. The results of this study are the existence of a decision support system that can help the selection process of new employees objectively, and appropriately and correctly so that they can receive employees who are worthy of marketing position.
