Digitalisasi Sistem Informasi Sekolah pada SD Negeri 2 Lolak Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow

Abstrak

Education is a very important human need because education has a duty to prepare human resources for the development of the nation and state. The school is one of the means of the organization in providing services to the community in the field of education. Weaknesses in SDN 2 Lolak are in terms of presenting information to the public which is still done manually where information provided to the community is still ineffective amid the rapid development of information systems, where most people prefer to search for information from the internet. For this reason, a Web-based school information system design system is needed to assist teachers and staff in providing information that is easily accessed by the wider community. In this study a Web-based information system was designed using the PHP MySQL programming language. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome various user behavior in accessing School information. The software development method used is the Prototype method with supporting software PHP, MySQL, Xampp and Notepad ++. System testing uses Black Box to find out the system functions that have been made The results of this study can provide optimal services to students and parents so that they do not need to come to school to get information from the school and assist the school in providing academic seputer information such as school profiles, teachers, students, schedules, subjects, classes, announcements , absenteeism, grades and report cards to parents and students.
