Vanguard implements the following fee policy:

• Submission Fee: Free

• Article Processing Charge (APC):
  Charged only after the article has been accepted.
  The amount of the APC will be determined according to the publisher’s policy.

The APC is used to support:

• Editorial and peer review process

• DOI registration

• Layout editing and proofreading

• OJS hosting and maintenance
