Author Fee

Vanguard applies the following publication fee policy:

• Submission Fee: Free
• Article Processing Charge (APC):
  Charged only after the article has been accepted. The amount of the APC is determined according to the publisher’s policy.

The APC is used to support:

• Editorial and peer-review processes
• DOI registration
• Layout and proofreading
• OJS hosting and maintenance
