One of the minimarkets in Modoinding is the Cenzya Mart minimarket. The current system at the Cenzya Mart minimarket, which generates inventory reports, does not determine the remaining quantity of certain items. This is because purchased goods from suppliers are stored directly in the warehouse and only checked against the supplier's receipt, without detailed and complete recording, such as in the goods receipt book, by the store. Furthermore, during the sales process, the store only provides sales transactions to consumers if the consumer requests a purchase receipt. However, the Cenzya Mart minimarket still uses manual methods, such as handwritten sales transaction records that are then given to consumers. Therefore, if consumers purchase large quantities of goods, the transaction recording process takes a long time. To check inventory, employees must return to the warehouse to check the available stock, resulting in increased workload and lengthened service times.
