The APC is charged only after the article has been accepted for publication. The amount of publication fees will be determined according to the publisher’s policy.

The APC is used to support:

• Editorial and peer review processes.
• DOI registration.
• Layout and proofreading services.
• Hosting and maintenance of the Open Journal System (OJS).
